Dawn R. Kaiser is a Certified Legal Document Preparer who has been preparing legal documents in all aspects of divorce/family law matters, probates, guardianships, wills/estate planning and civil matters such as name changes for over 35 years in the State of Arizona. She has had her own independently run business for over 23 years. Prior to opening up her own business, she was employed for several years as a Paralegal for a Phoenix law firm specializing in all family law matters, probates, guardianships, estate planning and Chapter 7 bankruptcies (www.arizonabankruptcyservices.com). She is well versed in all matters relating to court procedure and will prepare and file your documents from beginning to end of your procedure for a low flat fee. Dawn also offers affordable payment plans on most matters. She is also a Notary Public.

Dawn understands that many times these types of cases can be very stressful and she strives to perform your work in a personal, friendly, but also professional manner, as well as being efficient and accurate. She tries to handle each case with compassion and empathy for her clients while providing a friendly atmosphere in which to help her clients. Her job as a paralegal and certified legal document preparer is to provide procedural information and prepare legal documents at a much lower cost than attorneys would charge. Because of her many years in the legal field, Dawn is well acquainted with the Court’s procedure and knows many of the Clerks and other Court personnel.

Dawn has a friendly and family oriented business. Her daughter, Katie DeYoung, is also a Certified Legal Document Preparer, has her own business known as AZ Paralegal Services and works in the same office as Dawn. Katie handles LLC matters, IRA contributions, deeds, estate planning and divorce.
